My approach is primarily humanistic, grounded in Attachment Theory and guided by current neuroscience. My work acknowledges the crucial inter-relationship of body, mind and soul - the embodied Self.
I offer counselling therapy and personal development sessions on a medium or longer term basis in Saffron Walden in Essex. I enjoy working individually and with relationships.
